Each person, family and group will receive individualised service depending on their needs. We will discuss together what would be the most suitable avenue for you.

Individual Counselling

Ocean Breath Counselling can support people who are experiencing depression (including suicide ideation), anxiety, grief and loss, anger, change and transition (including perimenopause), parenting concerns, relationship pain and conflict and trauma recovery.

Couples Counselling

Ocean Breath Counselling provides a space for couples at any stage of their relationship to share. Some areas that are often key in relationships include improving communication to aid connection, coping with difference and change or facilitating intimacy through rebuilding trust.

Family Counselling

Ocean Breath Counselling are aware that when there is change this can stress the whole family system. Impacting on each member in different ways. I can hear the concerns of each family member and promote more satisfying ways to communicate.

Presentations & Workshops

This service is for groups who would benefit from gaining skills and knowledge in a variety of areas like relationship boundaries, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, empathy and understanding, parenting and adolescence.

On-site presentation and workshops are open for all ages, in any profession or role.

OCean Breath for the SOUL

20 minute group stillness sessions to calm the mind and body and bring restoration to the soul.

Group Counselling

This service provides support for people who think they might be the only one struggling. Groups are set up to provide support through common experience and processes though interpersonal awareness conversations. Groups are designed around need for support in attachment, anxiety, depression and relational boundaries.
